Returns and Refund Policy

We hope you love your Meadow Lane Collective items, but if something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Change of Mind

Due to the hygienic nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind once an item has been opened or used.

If your item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery. Return postage is at the buyer’s expense.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please email us at admin@meadow-lane.com within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the damage or fault

We will assess the situation and offer a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Incorrect Orders

If we’ve sent the wrong item, our apologies! Please contact us and we’ll make it right as quickly as possible.

How to Return

  1. Contact us at admin@meadow-lane.com to initiate a return

  2. Ensure the item is in original, unused condition

  3. We’ll provide a return address and instructions

  4. Once received and inspected, refunds (minus original shipping) are processed within 5–10 business days

Please Note

  • Sale and preorder items are final sale and not eligible for return unless faulty

  • We do not offer exchanges, please return your item and place a new order

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method

  • We recommend tracked postage; Meadow Lane Collective is not responsible for returns lost in transit
