Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Details

Shipping Region: Australia and New Zealand 

Domestic Flat Rate: $11.99 AUD

International Flat Rate: $30 AUD

Estimated Delivery Time: 3–10 business days

Order Tracking
Tracking details will be emailed once your order is on its way. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something’s not quite right, here’s how we can help:

Returns
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery. Items must be:

Unused and in original packaging

In the same condition as received

Accompanied by proof of purchase

To initiate a return, email kayla@meadow-lane.com with your order number and reason for return. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item for a refund and place a new order for the correct item.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, email us within 5 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We’ll make it right.

Refunds
Once your return is received and approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
